ABOUT THE LEAD CONSULTANT (GLORY ENYINNAYA)
Glory Enyinnaya is an international business consultant who works with organizations around the world to ensure full adoption of transformation initiatives and improve their performance. She believes that, at scale, the application of best practices in management in African economies can strengthen African institutions and transform the continent.
A Prosci-certified change manager, Glory has managed change on several projects in the public sector and private sector, including Accenture and other blue-chip companies.
Glory created Kleos Africa, Africa’s first consulting platform, which has advised over 300 SMEs. As an advisor to the Centre for Global Enterprise and GROW Movement, she has advised over 100 African entrepeneurs. She is a globally certified management consultant and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants in Nigeria.
She is a prolific writer who has written for leading publishers such as Wiley and Routledge. She is an international speaker who speaks at conferences in the Middle East and North America.
Glory holds a BSc. in Accounting (First Class Honors) from the University of Nigeria and an MBA (Distinction) from Lagos Business School.
She is the recipient of several academic awards (Shell National Merit Scholarship award, Best Graduating Student in the Department (UNN), Best Graduating Student in the Class of 2018 (Lagos Business School) and top 6 finalist for the Global MBA Student of the Year(2018). She has also received several professional awards (first Nigerian to win the global Addo Agnotio award for knowledge sharing at Accenture and the 2017 Spirit of Service award at LBS) Her company, Kleos Africa, was named by AMBA as one of the top 50 global MBA stories worldwide. It was a semi-finalist at the 2017 African Entrepreneurship Awards and was recognized by Union Bank as one of the top 100 emerging SMEs in Nigeria.
She sits on the Governing Board of Beta Gamma Sigma (a global business honors society) and Dominican College.
