As the CFO, Gabriel is responsible for preparing Kleos Advisory’s financial statements in line with international standards (IFRS) Gabriel is responsible for reviewing its internal control system and auditing its financial statements. He is also responsible for preparing the company’s income tax and filing returns. He assesses Kleos’ business operations for tax implications and advises thereon.

Gabriel’s professional experience cuts across statutory audit, taxation and internal control. He has participated in various statutory audits cutting across several industries. One of his most significant professional accomplishments is the conversion of NGAAP based financial statements to IFRS based financials. He has participated in the tax audit of companies in Nigeria on behalf of the FIRS, Lagos State Internal Revenue Service, Ogun State Internal Revenue Service and Pension Commission.
