Before founding Kleos Advisory in early 2016, Glory ran Williams Resources, a boutique training and consulting firm. Previously, Glory held various management positions across West Africa at British-American Tobacco, most recently as West African Area Lead for Organizational Change and Communications, focusing on business transformation for complex SAP technology deployments. She has also worked as a senior management consultant in Accenture and as an investment banker in FBN Quest.

I was extremely pleased with the training/consulting services provided by Kleos. The lead consultant brought the optimal mix of change management knowledge and real world experience. She was very professional in her approach to working with us. She was able to quickly grasp what we wanted to accomplish and had some great ideas on how to achieve our goals, which she put down in a change management strategy document.
