Kleos came on board at a critical point in our Business Process Implementation journey. Their consulting services helped us to highlight the significance of the changes that were occuring within the business and the importance of consciously managing change. In partnership with the project team, they quickly mobilized and trained a network of change agents across the organization. The three-day change management training was well-received and led to a high level of awareness and growing commitment among the Change Agents. Their Go-Live communications were another timely intervention. The planning and delivery of the communications were impressive and helped ensure that everyone, from the leadership to the lowest cadre, were aware of the changes arising from the programme. Overall, their work included the many aspects of change management such as creating change plans, providing written communication, stakeholder engagement, training, meeting facilitation and even graphics.
