Kleos is in search of a dedicated Technology Support professional to ensure the seamless operation of our clients’ digital infrastructure and provide technical assistance to their team members and community.

Responsibilities
Candidates can look forward to the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
- Manage IT security protocols and data backup procedures to safeguard organizational assets.
- Train team members and users on technology best practices and procedures.
Skills/Experience
- Proven experience in technology support roles, with a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear technical guidance and support.
