DEW is a practical entrepreneurship program by Kleos Advisory for women who want to build stronger, more sustainable businesses using digital tools, business planning, and guided support.
This pilot cohort is designed for women who are serious about growing a business, serving their communities, and creating meaningful economic value.
Many women have business ideas, skills, and passion, but lack the structure, tools, and support to turn them into sustainable ventures.
DEW exists to help women move from idea to action, from hustle to structure, and from survival to growth.
Who is behind DEW?
DEW is an initiative of Kleos Advisory, a strategy and entrepreneurship advisory firm supporting entrepreneurs, institutions, and change agents to build ventures that are clear, credible, and sustainable.

DEW (Digital Entrepreneurship for Women) is an entrepreneurship development program designed to help women start, strengthen, and grow sustainable businesses. The program combines practical training, business planning, digital tools, peer learning, and guided support to help participants build businesses that create value for their families, communities, and society.
DEW is open to women who:
- Have a business idea they would like to develop;
- Currently run a small business and want to grow it;
- Operate a side hustle and want to make it more sustainable; or
- Desire to use entrepreneurship as a pathway to economic empowerment.
No formal business education is required. We are looking for women who are willing to learn, apply what they learn, and actively participate in the program.
The DEW pilot cohort is offered at a heavily subsidized rate. Participants are asked to make a commitment contribution toward the cost of training, materials, and program delivery.
A limited number of sponsored places may be available for women who demonstrate strong commitment but are unable to afford the participant contribution.
How the DEW Program Works
DEW is more than a training program. It is a structured pathway designed to help women entrepreneurs build viable businesses, develop their ideas, and access further opportunities for growth.
- Application and Selection: Interested women submit an online application and are shortlisted.
- The DEW Accelerator: This one-month program is designed to develop a roadmap for growth.
- Develop and Pitch Your Business: At the end of the accelerator, participants prepare and present a short business pitch.
- The DEW Growth Fellowship: Outstanding participants will be invited into the DEW Growth Fellowship.
- Grants & Growth Support: Selected fellows will receive intensive coaching, visibility and may be considered for grant opportunities and additional support as funding becomes available.
- Join the DEW Collaborative: All participants become part of a growing network of women entrepreneurs committed to learning, collaboration, and business growth.
