I was extremely pleased with the training/consulting services provided by Kleos. The lead consultant brought the optimal mix of change management knowledge and real world experience. She was very professional in her approach to working with us. She was able to quickly grasp what we wanted to accomplish and had some great ideas on how to achieve our goals, which she put down in a change management strategy document. She has a wide variety of implementation scenarios in her background that she drew information from. The training workshop that she put together and delivered in Accra was very well received. It generated a lot of interest in the change management process. I highly recommend Kleos for any change management project.
Kleos came on board at a critical point in our Business Process Implementation journey. Their consulting services helped us to highlight the significance of the changes that were occuring within the business and the importance of consciously managing change. In partnership with the project team, they quickly mobilized and trained a network of change agents across the organization. The three-day change management training was well-received and led to a high level of awareness and growing commitment among the Change Agents. Their Go-Live communications were another timely intervention. The planning and delivery of the communications were impressive and helped ensure that everyone, from the leadership to the lowest cadre, were aware of the changes arising from the programme. Overall, their work included the many aspects of change management such as creating change plans, providing written communication, stakeholder engagement, training, meeting facilitation and even graphics. They added great value to the team, with a high level of professionalism, passion and expertise.I believe the business will continue to apply the strategies they taught as we continue to grow and evolve.
